Women Helpline 181
Run by the Government of India's Ministry of Women and Child Development for any woman in distress or facing violence, or someone calling on her behalf. It connects callers to police, hospitals, One Stop Centres, legal support and counselling. The Ministry says it works in every state and territory except West Bengal.
